Today is my 10-year anniversary of practicing yoga!

I am SO grateful for the many wonderful people I’ve met and experiences I’ve had along the way, and for the amazing gift of becoming a teacher. I can’t imagine what my life would look like if I hadn’t stepped into that yoga studio 10 years ago.. Heaps of LOVE and appreciation to my teachers and mentors for your brilliant guidance, and to my students for inspiring me every day with your own unique journeys and transformations!
