For the average person, it’s unreasonable to maintain a strict raw-organic-vegan diet, however, simply making small changes in diet and taking a high-quality supplement are very easy first steps towards nutritional balance.
Being active is necessary for physical wellness. A regular yoga practice not only has physical benefits, but mental as well; helping to clear the mind and relieve stress.
Essentially, moderating unhealthy habits and substituting them with good ones will bring healthy balance and Optimal Wellness.
