A prayer I say to myself after each yoga class.
Dear God [Universe/Spirit],
Thank you for my strong, healthy, lean, tone, resilient, intelligent, flexible body.
Thank you for my teacher [the teacher], my teacher [the other practitioners around me], my teacher [my Self].
Allow me to greet the world with a positive attitude, a peaceful spirit, truthfulness in my thoughts and actions, humility, self-confidence, and unconditional love for myself...
